Have you ever had a bad trip? An old grudge, a misunderstood sexual advance, and a drug score hurl three suburban teens into a head on collision of lust, intoxication, and pent-up aggression. The story unfolds from three overlapping perspectives. Tommy is troubled, angry and holds the world at arm's length. His preppy older brother Richard is senior class president and "Mr. Popularity" with an unlikely side kick. Colby, Richard's tag along is a "gangsta" wannabe. A brooding loner, Tommy endures high school by ditching class and avoiding social events. His isolation and growing animosity towards Richard result in a suppressed violent streak, whcih surfaces at the most unlikely moments. Tommy's detachment serves as bait for manipulative head cheerleader Sasha. Having had Richard, an equal in casual sex, she fixes her seductive attentions on Tommy, who recoils. Unaware of Tommy's fears, Richard sells him out to Sasha in exchange for the promise of a party later that night.
